Well,Ican’tfeelsuchguiltanylongerbecausethememorizeddeckhascertainly

comeofage.Indeed,thepastfewyearshaveseenagroundswellofinterestinthis

venerabletoolamongsomeoftheworld’smostrespectedmagicalthinkersand

performers.Lecturersatmagicclubsaroundthecountryhaveshowcasedmemorized

deckmiracles.Buttheenthusiasmisnotlimitedjusttotheprofessionals.Inmagic

chatroomsontheInternet,andatmagicconventions,Iamregularlybesiegedbyeager,

inventiveamateurswhowanttoshowmetheirlatesttwistoraccomplishmentwitha

memorizeddeck–andmanyarereallygood!Themomentumisgrowingandcontagious,andthesheernumber

ofcardiciansnowusingamemorizedstackhasproducedasynergythatiscausingthe

numberofeffects,tips,variations,andnewprinciplestomultiplyexponentially.

I’mhappytohavebeenpartoftheinspirationforthisrenaissance,butthere’sno

reasontostopthere.I’mconstantlyworkingonnewmemorizeddeckeffects.So,it’s
