Even as the adverse effects of a global pandemic begin to slowly dissolve and come to a screeching halt, even as the world slowly begins turning back into something that represents a small degree of normalcy for many of us, I have personally used my time spent indoors, socially distanced and deep within a self-imposed quarantine to carefully study, adapt and adopt the contents of Phedon Bilek's beautiful new offering "ORION."

Even more than being sequestered with my closest friend, a new puppy and the fastest high-speed internet connections available, "ORION" has been my constant companion and Phedon our beloved teacher. For almost a year now leading up to the official release for our community I have made my way through both books in this set with the mental equivalent of a fine-toothed comb...in total, I have read, re-read, reviewed, consumed and re-consumed the full work no less than half a dozen times and upon each new reading I continue to draw new thoughts, feelings and inspiration from its pages.

This monumental project could have just as easily been titled "A Master Practicing" and soon you will understand why it is I say that. What Phedon has given us of himself through "ORION" has often left me speechless, mind-blown and in need of a bed to lie down for a spell, so dizzying were the implications and compounding residual effects.

At my last count, I have gleaned a full 22 different performance-ready pieces, 13 new methods and over 100 subtleties for use in my own active "real world" repertoire.
